The Old Potting Shed at Penquite has been sympathetically renovated with all modern comforts and transformed into an exquisitely well equipped Cornish bolt hole with luxury contemporary bathroom. It has access to the large garden, free onsite parking and just minutes walking distance from the gorgeous unspoilt sands of Porthkidney beach within the famous St Ives Bay. The snug sitting/dining area with wood burner, hand built kitchen, has a stylish bed deck above with stunning estuary views.

The Old Potting Shed is undoubtably well appointed, whilst retaining its original Arts and Crafts period feature door and windows. it has an addition of a large skylight set into the sloping roof to maximise light, all windows have been fitted with discreet blackout roller blinds. The ingeniously designed bed deck has modern comforts such as bedside lighting with power points, a double mattress with luxury bedding and views across the garden to the sparkling estuary. The kitchen is properly equipped with dish washer, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker, hob, grill and microwave plus all of the equipment you would need to cook with during your stay at The Shed. There are comfy chairs to sit around the wood burner or to watch the smart TV, a useful dining table, with folding chairs for maximum versatility to suit your needs. There is a dedicated area to rinse and hang your wetsuits outside when you get back from the beach, to make doubly sure you are cosy in the colder months there is gas central heating. Entry to The Old Potting Shed is via personal key box and there is also free Wifi
